01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wildace platform — including but not limited to the wildace website at wildace.net, any associated mobile web application, wildace Login page, game interfaces, promotional materials, or customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and wildace (the "Platform," "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the wildace platform.

Your continued use of wildace following any published update to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to the wildace platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. wildace enforces this requirement through mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a wildace employee or contractor involved in the operation of the platform.
• You have not previously been excluded from the wildace platform or had a wildace account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, not as a professional or commercial gambling entity.

KYC Verification

All players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. wildace accepts the following Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), passport, driver's licence, Social Security System (SSS) ID, and Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID.

wildace reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — including during initial registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wildace may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one wildace account only. Registering or maintaining more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. wildace uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, bonus winnings will be voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through your wildace account. This responsibility extends to all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawals requested, and all communications sent via your account — regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your account.

Login Credentials

You must keep your wildace Login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances, including family members. wildace staff will never ask you for your password. If you receive any communication requesting your wildace Login credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify wildace support immediately via live chat. wildace will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, fictitious name, or address — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Currency

wildace accounts operated by players in the Philippines are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in PHP. Currency conversion is not available and accounts may not be denominated in any other currency.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

wildace accepts deposits via the following methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the wildace deposit page and are subject to change without advance notice.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. wildace does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is identified as having been made from an account not registered to the same person as the wildace account, the deposit may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

wildace does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. wildace is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the details provided during KYC verification. wildace does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one to three Philippine banking business days, subject to interbank clearing schedules.

wildace reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals above standard thresholds, or where the account has not previously completed full KYC verification.

Withdrawal Holds

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold in the following circumstances: KYC verification is incomplete or pending; the account has active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements; the withdrawal was flagged by our automated fraud detection system; or a dispute or chargeback relating to the account is under investigation. wildace will communicate the reason for any hold via the registered account email or live chat.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

wildace offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a wildace account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. wildace reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to void any winnings arising from that bonus — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; or coordinated play between multiple accounts.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance. wildace is not obligated to provide advance notice of imminent bonus expiry, though notifications may be sent as a courtesy.

Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion must be used within the stated validity period. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings may be subject to a maximum cashout cap, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the wildace platform — including slots, live baccarat, bingo, Super Keno, sabong, and sports betting — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

Random Number Generation

All random-outcome games on wildace use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied and independently audited by the respective game provider. wildace does not modify or influence the RNG outputs of any game. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published in the game information panel.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome or display of a game, wildace reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. wildace is not liable for any losses or purported wins resulting from a technical error, and any winnings arising from a demonstrable malfunction will not be paid.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on wildace — covering PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events — are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and competition. wildace reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or apply rule changes in response to event cancellations, postponements, or the determination of a relevant governing body. Decisions on voided or disputed bets are final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wildace platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one wildace account or assisting others in registering duplicate accounts.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the wildace platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using any software, script, bot, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, exploit games, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches to generate unearned winnings. Any such winnings will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that may violate the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act or any applicable law.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the wildace platform to facilitate criminal conduct.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction via your payment provider. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and the account will be permanently closed.
• Impersonating any wildace employee, agent, or representative in any communication.
• Accessing the wildace platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the wildace platform — including but not limited to the wildace brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, written content, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of wildace or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wildace platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the wildace platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of wildace intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wildace's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your wildace account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wildace shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the wildace platform.

wildace makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free of errors. Scheduled maintenance periods are communicated in advance where practicable. wildace shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability, whether planned or unplanned.

Nothing in these Terms limits wildace's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

wildace is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk and can become problematic for some individuals. wildace takes this responsibility seriously and has implemented a comprehensive suite of player protection tools.

Player Protection Tools

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via the wildace dashboard after completing wildace Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon saving.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over rolling daily, weekly, or monthly periods.

wildace also reserves the right to impose player protection measures unilaterally where our responsible gaming monitoring systems identify patterns of potentially harmful gambling behaviour, including rapid successive deposits, unusual session lengths, or unusual loss rates.

11 Privacy & Data

wildace collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in connection with their use of the platform, including registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, and gameplay data. All personal data is handled in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering on wildace, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the wildace Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject under Philippine law.

wildace will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform (such as payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection providers) under appropriate data processing agreements. Data may also be disclosed to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

wildace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, wildace will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via registered account email or in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

Your continued use of the wildace platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. To request account closure, contact wildace support via live chat.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wildace platform.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint relating to your wildace account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the service, you should first contact wildace customer support via live chat (available 24/7 through the platform after wildace Login) or by email at [email protected]. wildace aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 Philippine business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of wildace's internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.
